What does the AAA or AA quality grade mean?
AAA is our top grade: near-perfect luster, smooth surface, excellent roundness. AA is high-quality with minor natural imperfections invisible to the eye. Both grades are exceptional — AAA is simply the finest available. The grade is noted on your Certificate of Authenticity.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from Spain. Standard shipping is free on orders $150+ (otherwise $18). Premium shipping ($38, free on orders $600+) is also available with full tracking and insurance.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return. Items must be in original condition with the certificate included.
