Are all your pearls natural in color, lustre and orient?
Yes. We only sell South Sea and Tahitian pearls in their natural color and orient, exactly as they come out of the oyster. We never dye or treat them.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Checkout runs through a secure, encrypted payment gateway with buyer protection. If a parcel never arrives or there is a problem with your order, you can raise a claim and get your money back.
Do you insure parcels in case one gets lost?
Yes, every parcel ships fully insured.
How does the return policy work?
You have 14 days to return a piece. Email or WhatsApp us first to let us know, then send it back and give us the tracking number. Once it reaches us in its original, unworn condition we refund you, either to your original payment method or your bank account.
Which couriers do you use, and how long does delivery take?
We ship with the major express couriers, TNT, FedEx, GLS and DHL. Delivery runs 3 to 7 days depending on your part of the world.

Every piece arrives in a jewelry box, with no logo or branding on it.
Do you issue a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. We issue a signed PDF document with the full product description, certifying the origin of the pearls along with a quality description and authenticity. It is signed off by our company and our pearl expert, and you receive it by email when your parcel leaves our office.
