- Pack securely — Place the item in its original packaging with all certificates and documentation
- Ship back — We will provide a return shipping label or instructions
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style? We are happy to help you find the perfect pearl. Contact us and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
