How does the 返品ポリシー works?

返品をご希望の場合、最大30日間以内にメールまたはWhatsAppメッセージにてご連絡ください。荷物を発送して追跡番号をお知らせいただき、当店で原状の良好な状態で商品を受領後、PayPalまたはご指定の銀行口座へ返金いたします。  

To be eligible for a 返品, your item must be unused and in the same 状態 that you received it. It must また be in the 原状 包装.

To complete your 返品, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
